I hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day. I was honored to be able to judge the parade today at the Romeo Peach Festival. I had a wonderful time! It was an absolute wonderful experience for me. I hadn’t been to the Peach Festival in over 30 years because we’ve always had to work and to be asked was a big honor for me to represent Van Houtte Farms with my brother-in-law George who does all of the growing in Romeo at his various farms and to represent the hard work my husband does with our business at R&L Produce in Waterford! We are so blessed to have 37 years in Waterford with all the hard work that goes on and the way we have transported from Romeo to Waterford for all of these years we couldn’t ask for a better community. We totally love you Waterford as you all know, you are “the reason for our season.” What a great day and what a great honor. 🩷

Make your Labor Day weekend marvelous by stopping by R&L! 🤗 We now have our mums starting tomorrow from our great grower, Jeff Altermatt!  He grows the best mums for us every year and we are so appreciative because they are absolutely beautiful.  We hope to see you this holiday weekend to stock up on your produce as well. 😋

We were so happy the Kettering High School JV and Varsity Football team dinner went well last night! I got word that they really enjoyed the corn 🌽 We were happy to donate to them and we hope they have a wonderful successful year. 🤗 🏈

Mother nature, we depend on. 🙏🏻You all know as our customers that Larry and I have been in business for 37 years so if you ever get anything bad all you need to do is tell us as we will replace it. We have  no control over each individual piece of product but we will always stand by as a refund or to replace so thank you so much. Just want you all to know that we are there. We are not Kroger. We are not Meijer. We do our very best to supply you with the best that we can.  Everything we have is fresh. We do not control insides of things that we can’t see as all you need to do is come to us. Thank you so much. 🤗 we stamp and seal our produce with a full refund or a replacement. There is so much hard work that goes on that goes behind the scenes so all you need to do is tell us. We do our best to supply you with the BEST WE CAN!
