So...... you think you want to compete in our
Annual Cast Iron Chef Challenge ???

You've missed the deadline to sign up BUT if you'd like to plan on entering next year with your team, well here's what you do:

Attend this year's event
DURAN'S DOWN HOME DAYS
June 6th & 7th

Check out the teams that are working hard to WIN their share of
TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS CASH + Trophies and of course
Bragging Rights!

Scout what they are doing, ask questions, take notes and
BE READY to enter next year's challenge.

There are FOUR dishes that get scored by our judges
*Fruit
*Vegetable
*Protein
*Wild Card
They also can WIN the "Bringing Home the Bacon" Award if their team is voted FAN FAVORITE & they bring in the most donations for that year's nonprofit.

The hours of the challenge are 9am to 4pm both days.
-one day is too hard for the teams-
Secret ingredients (4 listed above) are revealed at 9am both days
Judging takes place at noon and 3pm both days.

Check out the first comment picture and remember we work very hard to NOT duplicate any items from year to year.

THANK YOU for everyone that has signed up as volunteer to
staff the raffle/Upcycle and/or the Basket Auction tables this year for the event. This will be our 12th year; can you believe it??

2 on Sunday 6/7 both are separate time slots
