Legacy Pathways has entered into a strategic partnership with Meals on Wheels Erie. As part of this partnership, Legacy Pathways is proud to become part of the Meals on Wheels Erie family, allowing us to continue providing the chef-prepared meals you enjoy while expanding the resources and support available to you. Our organizations share a common mission—to help people remain healthy, independent, and living at home through nutritious meals delivered with compassion.
For more than 50 years, Meals on Wheels Erie has been serving individuals throughout Erie County by providing nutritious meals, friendly visits, and services that help people age in place with dignity. Through this partnership, we anticipate being able to continue serving most of our current clients. Because Meals on Wheels Erie now operates from two kitchens, your meals may be prepared at either location depending on your delivery area. Regardless of which kitchen prepares your meals, you will continue to enjoy the same menu, the same high standards of quality, and the same commitment to excellent service.
If you currently pay privately for your meals, you are welcome to continue through the Meals on Wheels Erie Private Pay Meal Program. Financial assistance programs may also be available for those who qualify, and the Meals on Wheels Erie team would be happy to discuss the options that may be available to you. These programs include the Veterans in Need and the Women’s Nutritional Network.
