First real veggie pull from the garden today…radishes! 🤗
While not everyone’s favorite, they are particularly tasty when roasted with balsamic. 😋 That peppery character mellows and becomes almost sweet .. a flavor I was not expecting the first time. I tried it.
Not sure how these guys will end up… maybe toasted (it’s still cold enough outside to warrant a roast!), maybe a radish slaw? Sliced in salad? Not sure yet… I’ll keep you posted.
