Along with the grazing table for Emily and Rodney’s wedding, I included a “T” shaped board for the happy couple to enjoy at the end of their night. As pretty much everyone knows, on your wedding day you don’t get to eat much, so I wanted to make sure they had a snack before bed! I knew they wouldn’t get much of a chance to enjoy the grazing table, so I thought they could enjoy their own little board and get a taste of what their guests enjoyed! Saturday marked the wedding of Emily Vokes and Rodney Tenholder! Emily contacted me back in November after she had one of my boards at the Helping Strays silent auction event and asked if I would do a grazing table for her wedding. I was absolutely thrilled!!! After months of planning, prepping, and stressing, it all came together. We had a few hiccups with the rain, but it all worked out. The grazing table was for 200 people, and the guests enjoyed snacking on it when they arrived, and between the wedding and dinner. I’m so incredibly grateful she reached out to me and I absolutely loved getting to know Emily! Congrats to the happy couple and thank you for allowing me help make your day special!!!

On Saturday, I did a Bridal Brunch for Mallory! I had so much fun with this one, and was so happy to be creative with so many other food choices! Thank you De Vinos Winery for providing an amazing space, and Main St. Popcorn for the awesome popcorn that the bride took home to enjoy with her friends later in the day. It was a busy month for Becky’s Boards!! We’re going to post a little out of order but I’m just so excited! Today I’m posting the Christmas Grazing Island I did for the Bartels Christmas party! Marie was referred to me by Tripp who is one of my best clients! I had SOOO much fun with this and can’t wait to do it again next year! I used a few items I got from for my trays and decor and they were absolutely perfect!

It’s been a minute and I haven’t posted in about a month and for that I’m sorry. It’s been a little hectic with getting back into a normal routine. I’ve been making boards but just haven’t posted them. That’s about to change so I hope you love looking at charcuterie as much as I love making it. These first sets of pictures were from two boards I just did on Friday. I found out literally the day before they were BOTH for Hocus Pocus watch parties. I immediately pivoted, ordered anything I could find on Amazon that was spooky and that I could work with and I present to you my spooky themed boards! They are a little non-conventional but they were SOOOOOO FUN!!! I just got some coffin shaped boards that I’m going to use for some other spooky charcuterie!
