With all the questions about meat sources lately, it is probably easier to just make a public post. We do not source out meat from other countries. Where we get our meat has never and will never change. We get locally sourced meat from Wennemans in St. Libory, Illinois and Behrmanns in Albers, Illinois. We do also get boxed meat in from the midwest to keep up with demand. Seaboard is out of Missouri and Excel is out of Kansas. We will process steers and hogs from local farmers for customers. I like to be as transparent as I can because that is the way I like to be treated. Hopefully this helps.
