We are so blessed to have one of Creation's powerful immune supports growing naturally, right here on our homestead. We are also blessed to be able to share it with the community!

From plant to bottle, it takes all of a year for our Elderberry Elixir to come together. We take great care to bring this high-quality natural remedy to you. Our Elderberry Elixir is made with fresh, handpicked elderberries (never dried) grown naturally on our property, combined with local raw honey, organic cinnamon, ginger and cloves for added health and immune support benefits.

Available every Saturday for walk-up purchase in the Farm Stand cooler. Elderberry Elixir, as well as, our farm goods will still be available on Saturday's during our baked goods pause on 9/26-10/3.

We welcomed new baby hens to the family flock this weekend! Homesteading humbles you in many ways and we’ve been humbled lately in the chicken department. First we lost nearly 30 pullets earlier this summer to a midnight weasel attack. We got that flock of chicks because we knew some of our laying flock was aging, but even after planning ahead, giving them a protected & secure structure, pouring into them & stewarding them for two months - nature won. Since then we’ve lost five of our older hens. (What we were trying to plan ahead for in the first place.) And now our established laying flock is going through its fall molting, so egg laying is down a bit.

Therefore this weekend, when we saw an opportunity we decided to jump on it and try to bolster our flock again. These baby girls won’t reach maturity until around the New Year. But we are praying this flock will make it to their full laying potential. Pray for protection!

It’s not typical timing for a new flock, but in homesteading, you just have to roll with it!

We are dedicated to using homegrown, pastured eggs in our organic sourdough baked goods (like our muffins & cinnamon rolls) and providing them for our extended family and community. Thank you for your support as we do what we can to keep our laying production up as much as possible!

Our Loaf of the Month will only be available 9/5-9/19, as we pause baked goods 9/26-10/3.
