While this is not bread related, it's as close to my heart as can be, so...it counts!
It's no secret that my boys are my right hand men...literally! I would be absolutely lost without them! I am sharing my soon to be high school seniors "flyer". Anyone who knows Zack, knows he's a great kid...and an extremely hard worker! Zack has wanted to get his foot in the door of landscaping for quite awhile now. Always helping to care for our yard and the yards of family and friends. He has been relentlessly applying for jobs and the lack of response was frustrating at best. Last weekend he went camping with a few of his friends...and they had an idea! Why not bring our work ethic and drive to the people that need a helping hand on keeping up with their yardwork...old school...the way kids used to be! They are in the process of making pages on social media, and have just completed their first flyer! Yesterday they went door to door and met some amazing people in our community that gave them a chance...and were so thrilled with the work they did! As a mom, I've raised my boys to work hard, be honest, respectful, to help others...and to always chase your dreams! As a football player for WHS those same values have been driven into him from his wonderful coaches! We have really been through a lot as a family, and watching my son and his equally wonderful friends set out to create something positive, well that means the world to me!
Sometimes, you have to make your own chances! They are eagerly accepting jobs, and I have offered to field requests through my page until they are up and running on their social media page! So if you would...spread the word! These kids are full of Watertown Pride, and an extremely driven work ethic!
