Less pastry variety than usual today. Kassidy has a few personal events this weekend, her kiddos head back to school next week, and sometimes we have to remind ourselves that there are only so many hours in a day. 😂🤍

We are prepping for the FINAL TWO WEEKS of our SUMMER MENU! ☀️🥪 because after Labor Day, we’re coming back with our FALL LAUNCH. 🍂🥣🥖

And a little heads up for your calendars:

Eleven East will be CLOSED September 2nd-5th for Labor Day weekend while we take a little break, reset, and get everything ready for fall.

We will be open 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with lunch starting at 10:00 AM!

This is one of the rare Saturdays we’ll have our full sandwich menu available, so if you’ve been craving your favorite Eleven East sandwich but can’t make it during the week, this is your chance!

We’ll also have:

UPDATE: SOLD OUT of sandwiches for today!! Still bread left!

Opening at 10AM TODAY (Friday 7/31)! 🥖🥪

Mom life + pure exhaustion caught up with me this morning 😅 so we’re giving ourselves an extra couple hours and opening the doors at 10AM!

No sweets today (except cookies 🍪), BUT we’ll have lots of fresh bread + our FULL lunch menu (pinned to our page)!

And speaking of lunch… grab your favorite sandwiches while you can! We’ve only got a few more weeks with our current lineup before we start switching things up for FALL 🍂 (I truly cannot believe I’m saying that already!!)

To make up for the late start, we’ll be staying open until at least 2PM today!

🚨 SOLD OUT!! 🚨

We haven’t had to make a sold out post on a Thursday in a LONG time — and wow, you guys showed up today. 🥹

That was officially our craziest lunch hour yet, and we seriously cannot thank you enough for keeping us so busy! 🥪🤍

We are SOLD OUT for the day and will be closing up for the rest of the afternoon so we can get right to work prepping, baking + restocking for tomorrow.

Our goal: FULL menu. FULL bread shelves. Ready to do it all over again tomorrow. 🙌

Music is still on for today at Bentzin Family Town Square! 🎶 looks like the air quality should start to improve by this afternoon!!

We are going to OPEN from 12-3 or until we are sold out. Please note we don’t have a ton of focaccia left, so sandwiches will likely sell out fast. No chicken salad today.

Bread left from yesterday will be 25% off!
