A spot of sun for this dreary morning…even the sunflowers at market are unlike anything you’ll find in a grocery store. You’ll see them in Head of Falls this Thursday, 2pm-6pm, with all the rest of September’s abundance.

Say hi to Junction Garden, Heritage Homestead , Sojourn Ice Co. , and Georges Road Farm , check out the art, music, and activities, and then head down to the park by the Two Cent Bridge for sheep dog demonstrations! We’re so lucky to get to eat like this! You don’t even need to be a good cook, you just need good ingredients:
Sandwich on a baguette from Vesper Bread with Marr Pond tomatoes, bacon from Farm in the Woods, and homemade pesto with Seven Moon Farm basil. Cantaloupe was also from Marr Pond Farm , so good it hurts.
