R Farms Here at R Farms we grow a diverse array of fruits and vegetables using a conventional form of farming. We are a family operated farm since 1948.

In addition to selling at farmer's market and home farm stand we also offer CSA shares. We are the 4th generation running a conventional farm meaning we do not have organic product. We have been doing vegetables for the past 2 years. Before that our family has ran a dairy farm and was in vegetables years ago. We still are growing field crops and raising beef cows. We have attended several differen

We are delighted to present three distinct options for our CSA Shares this year.

Option 1: A full share, which runs for 16 weeks, featuring an assortment of fresh vegetables, fruits, and occasional fresh jams, as well as a carving pumpkin. Please note that this share cannot be split. The cost for this share is $525, provided that the order is placed before April 1st; otherwise, the price increases to $575.

Option 2: A bi-weekly share, offering the same options as the full share, but on an every-other-week basis, and also cannot be split. This share is priced at $263, if ordered before April 1st, and $288 thereafter.

Option 3: U-Select Bag, exclusively available at the Watkins Glen and Montour Falls Farmers Markets. We provide a reusable bag, which you can fill with 5-7 produce items (1 fruit) from our market tables. Each time you fill your bag, the cost is $20. This share requires a one-time buy-in of $75, followed by $20 per bag.

We offer multiple pickup locations throughout the community for full shares and bi-weekly shares, including Trumansburg, Watkins Glen, Montour Falls, and Horseheads.

We want to thank everyone who were apart of our CSA for 2025. We have taken everyone's comments and suggestion for this coming year. We will be adding a Bi-weekly pick up and a special for just at the markets. Please keep an eye out for updates and more information in the next couple of weeks.

If you took 2lbs of meat out of the blue cooler yesterday at the stand that specifically said CSAs only. You need to contact us. It was not yours to take and we do have a picture of you and your vehicle. It is theft and we will be taking it to the police if you don't come forward. If it is you dm us and we can settle it.
