R Farms

Here at R Farms we grow a diverse array of fruits and vegetables using a conventional form of farming. We are a family operated farm since 1948.

In addition to selling at farmer's market and home farm stand we also offer CSA shares. We are the 4th generation running a conventional farm meaning we do not have organic product. We have been doing vegetables for the past 2 years. Before that our family has ran a dairy farm and was in vegetables years ago. We still are growing field crops and raising beef cows. We have attended several differen

t farmers markets over the past few years. We are planning on attending Farmers Markets again this year in Trumansburg, Ovid, and Odessa, as well as having our farm stand at the farm.

We have concord grapes, pears, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, beets, hot peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, patty pan squash, cabbage, new red potatoes, cantaloupe, watermelon winter squash, white and bicolor sweet corn, and jams and more.

Happy Labor Day Weekend!!
Fall flavors are starting to come in.

Stop by and grab some peppers and onions great for grilling as well as some summer squash we've got new red potatoes that are salt potato sized.

We have fresh picked white corn on the stand and are picking bicolor right now to put on the stand.

We have a large variety of winter squash, such as mash potato, butternut, spaghetti, honey nut, carnival, autumn frost, buttercup, delicata and more. We have large heads of cabbage great for sauerkraut or cabbage salad.

We also have tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, onions, garlic, beets, eggplants, cucumbers, Patty pants, yellow squash, zucchini, large zucchini, peaches, pears, cantaloupe, yellow watermelon, red watermelon, and fresh made jams.

We have rest stocked the tomatoes on the stand as well as all the other produce. We have a large variety of winter squash including acorn, spaghetti, autumn frost, mash potato, delicata, and more.

It's canning season. We have lots of tomatoes ready for canning. $25 for a 1/2bu. Message us if interested. We can bring them down to Watkins Glen Farmers Market on Tuesday or Montour Falls Farmers Market on Thursday or you can pick up at the farm.

Don't forget to stop up to the stand and get some fresh sweet corn for $5 a dozen. We also have watermelon, poblanos, jalapenos, Bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, kohlrabi, cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and eggplant. We have homemade jams as well. We also have packs of medium to large pickling cucumbers as well as Dill.

Stop on up to the sand this weekend and get some fresh sweet corn. We have watermelon, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow, squash, poblanos, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, onions, garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, jams, and more.

If you're looking for something bulk let us know we do have canning tomatoes, medium-large sized pickling cucumbers and some dill. Message us if interested.
