The Sweet Corn Shack The Sweet Corn Shack started as an FFA members SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) in high school.

It has grown to meet the demand of great sweet corn locally grown all summer long. The Sweet Corn Shack is a great opportunity to purchase locally grown produce. It grows many different varieties of sweet corn, including White, Yellow, and Bi-Color in many different flavors. Open for business generally from 4th of July to Labor day it strives to provide the sweetest and highest quality sweet corn.

With its mane location in Watseka Illinois in front of Aduro Graphic and Design (formerly Huxman's), it is easily accessible to the public. Stop by when the blue tent is up and get some great fresh picked sweet corn! We guarantee our quality, if you find a bad ear bring it back and we'll get you a new one for free! Find us at the Watseka Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings as well!

It's going to be a great weekend! We'll have sweet corn today tomorrow and Saturday up at the shack. Be sure to swing on through and say hi! Also our favorite yellow sweet corn for putting up over winter is coming in this weekend let us know if you'd like to have a large batch to put up yourself!
