They are a third-generation strawberry farmers in where they own and operate .

Gwen has family roots in the business going back to the 1920s, when her grandmother, Bachan Shinta, planted her first strawberry farm in the same region.

With the heatwaves, the early rain, the wet and foggy mornings and the prolonged cold weather here, our strawberry season has quickly and suddenly come to an end! This is the earliest we have ever had to end our harvest season but the weather this year has been a little different this year than before. Thank you for all your support and we hope to see you all again sometime soon! ❤️🍓

Due to last Sunday’s rain we were unable to harvest strawberries this week and the strawberry stand will not be open tomorrow. We’ve spent this week cleaning up the fields from all the water damaged fruit and hopefully will be back to harvesting next week! 🍓💪
