Congratulations to our processors! They won 4 awards for their products at the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors show in Madison this past weekend.

Another year in the books!

Roskom’s had another amazing opportunity to join the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors show down in Madison this past weekend. Even with our New to the Crew littlest Roskom Meats Fan presenting all of our hard earned hardware!

Every year we strive to better our products to make sure we have top quality for our customers. Behind the doors here at Roskom’s we have an amazing group of individuals striving to make things top notch! Perfecting seasonings, smoking, and packaging to ensure our products are the best they can be. Selecting some of our best products crafted by our team, we were able to bring home some awards.

WAMP as always, puts on a wonderful event for us meat processors. From the trade show and all the wonderful vendors, to the meat judges, the phenomenal educational conventions, the whole experience is great! Year after year we are proud to be apart of it!

Now onto looking forward to our busy season and another year of perfecting all of our products! Once again we couldn’t do it without our amazing employees. Who day after day put in the work. To our wonderful customers and farmers who back us time and time again. All around it takes a village to keep striving and we are so thankful for ours!

Transparency is very important to us. With the frequent fluctuations in beef and pork prices, we believe it’s only fair to keep you informed. While we are not raising our prices at this time, we want to explain how and why we set our pricing.

Some have commented that our prices seem to be too high, so we took the time to compare. In fact, when you purchase an eighth of beef, our prices are actually lower than those of a local grocery store. But most importantly, you receive superior quality meat.

We pride ourselves on providing products that are not only affordable but also raised with care and dedication by our farm. The cuts you receive are fresher, handled with greater attention, and come from animals raised in responsible, humane conditions. This means better taste, better nutrition, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing where your food comes from.

We understand that not everyone has the freezer space for larger quantities, but that shouldn’t prevent you from enjoying quality, locally grown beef and pork. That’s why we also offer a range of options—from individual cuts to smaller bundles to our larger farm-to-table packages and even custom-order animals—so everyone can access fresh, local meat regardless of their storage space or household size.
