Since we are struggling to bake our own Vietnamese bread. Tonight I'm trying white sub. Super crunchy and got many scratches on my gums and roof of my mouth (hard palate). That's the only reason I don't request a crunchy Lao Pâté (Bahn Mi) sandwich.
Perfect for one hand to hold. Perfect to grab and eat while driving. Oh...you don't do that? Well, I do. One hand on the steering wheel and the other is holding the sandwich. Mmm...Messy yummy 🤤

We are likely to shift from French bread to white sub soon. Hope you continue showing your love. Ua tsaug ntau2 nawb 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
