Closing out 2023 baking sourdough after 2 1/2 years of surgery and recovery time on my hands and wrists.
Today included loaves of country white, chocolate pecan, and hazlenut espresso; a roasted garlic parmesan 'blooming onion'; and fresh sourdough pasta. It's good to be back. 😊
