Well it was smooth sailing with a beautiful breeze in Collinwood today. The team was like a beautiful ballet working together and getting order after order out the door. Sometimes it feels like more of a Mosh Pit where we are bumping butts, elbows etc but not today. Hold on, Melissa's head did have a close encounter with a door handle this afternoon but she laughed it off and was unscathed. I should probably check to see how the handle is doing ha ha ha ha.

The Hot Honey in Da Club was a main attraction today along with the Cheesy Ciabatta Italian Beef and a surprising amount of Jack Shacks!

Thank you Collinwood for a truly enjoyable service! We appreciate you all! I would also like to thank Mother Earth for not toasting our buns today. It was quite pleasant on the pavement today.

We are back in Waynesboro at Homebase for the remainder of the week with a double shift tomorrow.

This cooler weather is making me feel a little sweetand has restored some much needed energy so I would say look for a treat late in the week, like Friday.

Good Evening Wayne County. We have a stupendous line up for this week.

Let's start with the schedule and then move into the STICKY AND JUICY details around our specials.

We are kicking the week off in Collinwood Tuesday and then back to Homebase for the remainder of the week with a chance for a Saturday evening shift Whoop Whoop.

Now for the delicious details around the Specials.

We have our Hot Honey In Da Club (yes I request you say it just like that tee hee) which could easily be called the Mile High Club as it is a TALL sandwich but that phrase has already been claimed for other reasons so we will stick with our original naming convention. We dont want anyone to get the wrong idea about what we are selling here ba ha ha ha.

Our Thin Sliced Ham drizzled with our Hot Honey topped with Pepperjack Cheese, Bacon, Crispy Pickles, a layer of Thin Sliced Turkey Breast also drizzled with Hot Honey topped with Jalapeno, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion served on Ciabatta for $10

Next we are doing a twist on Italian Beef with our Cheesy Ciabatta Italian Beef.
Thin Sliced Mozzerella layed on top of Ciabatta with our Tender Beef Dipped in an Italian Seasoned Beef Broth, a layer of Italian Giardinara and then a Scoop of Nacho Cheese to finish for $10
The Ciabatta becomes an excellent vessel for the juices and the cheesy goodness.

The Hot Honey in Da Club was a HOT HIT and SOLD OUT today. This will be a Special ALL week along with an Italian Beef Ciabatta which I will provide details on no later than tomorrow.

Good morning, Wayne County. We are going to do a "Surprise Sunday Lunch Shift" today at homebase from 12 to 3. We are going to sneak peek our Hot Honey in Da Club Special for this upcoming week. A Layer of our thin Sliced Deli Ham drizzled with our Hot Honey Sauce, a layer of Pepperjack Cheese, Turkey Breast also Drizzled with Hot Honey, topped with Tamed Jalapeno, Crispy Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion served on a Ciabatta for $10

Corned Beef is unavailable today so no Reubens today, sorry.

We are unfortunately not going to be able to make Old Timers Day in Collinwood today.

Keep your eyes open though because we may do a Sunday lunch shift!

"Crying over you...Crying over you", is the theme for this week as I have had to slice an abundance of Onions this week with our Steakhouse Roast Beef Swiss Dip 😋.
If you are looking for a No Carb or Low Carb option we did one of these as a Bowl yesterday. Whatever our Wacky Wayne Countians want, we aim to please.

Our Rootin Tootin Baked Beans (tee hee) are SOLD OUT.

We will have Burgers tomorrow with a Burger Special.

Boy when we named our business Deli and Dogs we werent really thinking it would have a dual meaning. We have had a uptick in lonely visitors with wagging tails out here.

Maybe they know about this week's SPECIAL and are trying to reserve one? Or maybe this is what people mean by the Dog days of Summer?

Saturday....HEY HEY HEY ITS OLD TIMERS DAY! We will be in Collinwood with a specialized menu. Super Stoked for this one. We attended as a family last year and it was magical. Such a Storybook Small Southern Town Event.
