Inspired! The TNT Shrimp Sushi Bowls or Tacos are headed your way tomorrow and prep work is already in progress.

Do you know what's already done? German Chocolate Cakes! Oh Schlitz!! These Decadent Moist Chocolate Cakes are filled with a Creamy Caramel Center and topped with a Traditional Pecan Coconut Caramel Glaze. GUTEN TAG! $5 and they will be available begining tomorrow.

We will have a Strawberry Watermelon Caprese Side Salad Wednesday and then look for Wayne County Rocky Road Cookies Thursday. We are dressed to impress this week right?

We are at HOMEBASE ALL WEEK WAYNE COUNTY. Let's settle in at the Shack this week!

Who is ready for some cuisine fusion confusion? We are going to do a Brand New Sushi Bowl this week that will BLOW Your Mind with a TNT Shrimp Sushi Bowl with Boosts of Tropical Notes.

Sushi Rice Sweetened Slightly with Rice Wine Vinegar and Sugar with a hint of Cilantro and Lime topped with Cold Chopped Shrimp that have been Marinated in a Spicy and Sweet Thai Chili Sauce with Diced Green Onions, Sweet Yellow and Red Peppers, topped with Some Fresh Avacado Slices and Mango Salsa, finished with some pickled Cucumbers, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Chopped Thai Chili Peanuts, Crunchy Onions, and Siracha Mayo served with a side of Sweetened Soy! DYNAMITE!!!

See what happened was......

We started.our day with a shortened lunch shift with a WHOLE LOT OF ORDERS, and it was just your OG lunch team Nora and Erik.

We gathered some troops and headed into Clifton for our first Market on Main. What happened next...

The slaughter began! See we brought our full menu (munis Reubens as they SOLD OUT today) and 3 Hot Specials along with Burgers. Right, so Grill Space became a HUGE Wait time issue as all but 3 out of over 50 orders were HOT. Yeah all but 3!

With that being said, I hope all of you.Cliftonians enjoyed your meals with us tonight. We will take the above into consideration next time to reduce wait times.

Thank you all for an unbelievable evening. When things slowed down, I was able to see what a beautiful thing Clifton has put togethe. Absolutely the quintessential Summer Small Town Event.

The Ode To Elvis - Our 1/3 lb All Beef Patty from 64 Beef seasoned and seared topped with our Thin Sliced Sharp Cheddar, Creamy Peanut Butter, Thick Cut Bacon, Strawberry Preserves with Diced Jalapeño finished with Lettuce on. Toasted Brioche Bun $10

Dont forget we have shortened lunch shift today, closing the doors around 1:30 and we will be out in Clifton this evening and ready to serve around 5 p.m.

Important Announcements Regarding Friday!

We are running a shorter lunch shift tomorrow, 11 to 2:00 as we will be heading out to Clifton for their Friday Evening Market and will need to prepare for that. How fun right? So Wayneboror Folks. We are Open tomorrow night just not at homebase, we will be in Clifton tomorrow night. Just want to nake sure everyone gets the memo 😉

We will have a Burger Special Tomorrow - Think Ode to Elvis, teee heee hee and Tomorrow Night we will have a Vegetarian Dish (currently working on a vegetable Ragu to be stuffed in a Portobello Cap along with some other beautiful ingredients) as well as our French Onion Burger Bowl along with all of our Fabulous Menu Items.

Thanks for an awesome day! Look for the Sticky and Salty Details around our burger special first thing in the morning!
