Oh My Oh My Do We Have a Wild Week Ahead of us. Ok let's get the Specials out of the way. Multiple layers of specials this week so READ THROUGH!

Hmmmmm....I tried to find the most polite way to announce these....

We are going to do the Tail of 2 Sausages this week. Trust me, the first 3 versions of this announcement would have some folks as Red as the Marinara I am currently creating!

The Rocky Balboa Bowl - Aldente Rotini Pasta tossed with all of the beauty above placed on a layer of Mozz or Provolone (so that Cheese Melts at the bottom) finished with Parmesan and Fresh Basil. $10

The Smokin Aces Cheddar and Jalapeño Smoked Sausage. A Juicy Smoky Sausage filled with Cheese and Jalapeño Grilled and served on a Toasted Sub Roll topped with Shredded Cheddar, Sliced Jalapeño, Crunchy Jalapeño, BBQ Sauce and Mayo. Smoking Good! $9

Collinwood, come out to play in the Sunshine tomorrow! I anticipate very high volume so here is what you need to know. We will not have online ordering on to avoid multiple channels of orders coming in and overwhelming the staff. You can call your orders in at 731 458 7237 however if we are backed up with people at the front you may need to just keep trying, we will answer!

Thursday Evening Just in Neapolitan will be at our Homebase location! Are we working that night?...yeah let's do it! So that means Jack's Shack Deli and Dogs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Night this week. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER FOR THE CULINARY CORNER PATIO AND COMMUNITY HERB GARDEN!

Oy ok then Saturday we will be at The Wayne County Flea Market, Waynesboro, TN with our BURGERS and hopefully full menu aaah.

Maaaaaaan, Iam going to go ahead and say tonight's shift became a Schnitzel Show. We had order after order after order come in and early on we were down to 2 people trying manage orders, cooking, expediting etc. Then 1 of the grills decided to stop working......FUN FUN FUN Friday Night. The point is for anyone who was on the customer side of that 30 minute period, I AM INCREDIBLY SORRY. I KNOW FOR A FACT THERE IS SOMEONE MISSING A GRILLED CHEESE. I PROMISE TO MAKE THAT RIGHT! There was A LOT of confusion. I take this very serious and our customers satisfaction is my number 1 priority at the Shack. I am going to be up all night thinking about this.

Savannah darlings, my sweet sweet Savannahians....we are going to move our appearance to June 13th. Pinky swear! Hold on that one is burned, let me switch, ok we are good and locked in. The only thing that could change that is significant weather.

We will be going to Collinwood on Tuesday folks!

A few quick announcements!

We re-open at 4:30 for dinner. We SOLD OUT of our special however we are going to offer a Big Bad Beef Burger tonight. Everything you love about our Big Bad Beef but on one of our Glorious Burgers for $9

Tomorrow we are scheduled for 64 Beef. We are watching the various forecasts and will keep you updated. If we need to reschedule due to weather we will move it to the 13th of June
Like I said, we will keep you in the loop!

Keep Going as I really want some feedback ASAP.

Ok some of you may have read my post about Small Businesses in Wayne County and how it is so incredible important that we do whatever we can to support each other because ultimately it provides so much more to our community.

Check It Out, I haven't stopped thinking about what we can do to assist. I mean if I am going to talk it up I am going to wrap it up (see what I did there?).

Got One! We have multiple road facing and customer facing fence lines now that are drawing quite the attention. Would it not be SUPER BAD@SS to let our local businesses advertise on this space for NO COST here at Jack's Shack Deli and Dogs? 🚀👍💡🎉

There would be a few stipulations, needs to be weather resistant, can't take up all the space because that goes against the entire concept and a few others but nothing crazy. It just has be stable, like a tin sign or wood. You get it. The area is supposed be cozy and cute but I think these advertisements could really give that community message and if done well, still be beautiful!
