Muscle pain is the most common pain. Most muscle pain comes from low energy in the muscles. Tendinitis often comes from the short muscles then constantly pulling on the tendons
Our research has shown that muscle energy can be increased, and muscle pain effectively addressed, with the S.H.I.N.E.® Protocol. S.H.I.N.E. addresses and optimizes:
- Sleep
- Hormones
- Inflammation and Infections
- Nutrition
- Exercise as able (e.g., stretching exercises such as yoga)
Other ways to add energy include heat (e.g., a heating pad), acupuncture, massage, stretching, and correcting ergonomics. Starting with simple natural sleep support, a good multivitamin, and an anti-inflammatory herbal are often enough to take care of the muscle pain.
My new book, "PAIN RELIEF in 4 Simple Steps: Eliminating the Root Causes of Chronic Pain" breaks down a powerful, research-based approach to understanding what may really be driving your pain — and what you can do to begin addressing it.
The truth is, most pain isn’t just one issue—it’s often a combination of factors like muscle dysfunction, inflammation, nerve irritation, and even how the brain processes pain. I’ll show you how to start addressing each one.
Because many people are dealing with three or even all four of these factors at the same time, PAIN RELIEF in 4 Simple Steps gives you a clear, structured roadmap instead of one more confusing theory. You’ll also discover guidance for many of the most common pain problems, helping you better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and how to begin taking smart, supportive action.
