🍯 HONEYNUT SQUASH - MY FAVORITE!!
If you’ve never tried Honeynut Squash, you’re missing out! Think butternut squash’s smaller, sweeter, richer cousin. It has a naturally sweet, almost caramel-like flavor. We could NOT keep these in stock last year, once everyone discovered how tasty they were. And yes… I absolutely took some home.

Fresh, local, sweet and one of those things you need to enjoy while summer is still hanging around!

🍑 SOUTH CAROLINA PEACHES
They’re still here and still DELICIOUS! Peach season is wrapping up soon so grab them while ya can! We have 3 pallets left.

A simple healthy dinner ready in 30 minutes. Grilled Peach & Goat Cheese Arugula Salad & Vermillion Snapper.

This one tasted like pure summer. ☀️

Arugula topped with grilled peaches, toasted walnuts, creamy goat cheese and thinly sliced red onion, tossed with a simple homemade honey Dijon vinaigrette.

For the dressing:
• Finely minced shallot
• Extra virgin olive oil
• White wine vinegar
• Honey
• Dijon mustard
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper
