Copper Pot and Wooden Spoon handcrafts exceptional seasonally produced preserves, pickles and artisan foods. We preserve and share the traditions that have inspired us with the creation of each of our products. Each recipe is prepared with utmost care in small batches from local, seasonal and all natural ingredients to ensure the height of freshness and flavor. We support responsible stewardship a

nd local, sustainable agriculture in the Western Carolina region. Our products can be found at specialty food retailers throughout the region, as well as our own storefront in Wayneville, NC. (We often must make deliveries and produce pickups so feel free to call ahead to confirm store hours.)
