Does a better snack for summertime exist? You can’t convince me that watermelon isn’t the very best!!

Allow me to nerd out for a moment… 🤓🤓watermelons are 92% water so they’re excellent sources for staying hydrated in all this heat! They’re high in vitamins C, A and B, potassium & magnesium. They’re also higher in lycopene than tomatoes, the antioxidant that they say helps reduce inflammation. And they are full of natural sugars but also have a low glycemic load so impact blood sugar less than other sweet options. All in all, we’re pretty proud of this refreshing treat and hope you enjoy every bit of it!
