National Donut Day is this Friday, June 5th, and around here, that means one thing: the return of our Fried Cake Ice Cream Sandwiches! 🍦🍩

Last year, our family made 1,200 of these favorites and you all cleaned us out early! This year, we’re back at it, frying them up fresh, and offering them for just $1.00 and we want to thank you for supporting our family business through the generations.

We want to make sure as many of our neighbors get a taste as possible, so there is a LIMIT OF TWO PER CUSTOMER.

The team finished up the prep work today for this limited run. We are only mixing up a single small batch for Friday, May 29th so once they are gone, they are gone.

National Donut Day is a little more than a week away, and our team is already busy preparing for this busy day!
Last year, we made over 1,300 of our famous Fried Cake Sandwiches, and we are aiming to do it again. Join us on Friday, June 5th to get yours for just $1.00.
If you’ve never tried one, this unique treat is well worth the trip.

Introducing our newest creation...Blueberry w/lemon glaze fried cake.

We have been working on a new flavor in the kitchen, and it is finally ready. This Friday, May 29th, we are putting out a small batch of Blueberry fried cakes topped with a fresh lemon glaze.

Our team has worked hard on testing out different recipes to get the balance exactly right. We wanted a real fruit flavor that pairs perfectly with the tartness of the lemon glaze without being overly sweet.

Because we are mixing and frying these in a limited run, they will be available on a first come, first serve basis starting Friday morning until they sell out.

Stop by the shop, grab a box, and let us know what you think of the new combination.

Trees are finally going in the ground! 🌳
This year, the soggy weather kept us waiting longer than ever to replant. While machinery is great for planting brand-new fields, when a tree dies in an existing orchard, there’s only one real way to fix it: grab a shovel and get to work.
Over the last two days, we’ve hand-dug more than 200 holes to prep the ground for our new peaches, Sweet Maia, Fuji, and, of course, plenty of Honeycrisp. Farm work is tough, but there’s nothing quite like the feeling of seeing that hard work literally come to fruition.
We can’t wait to share the harvest with you in the seasons to come!
