Caleb's Grass Fed Beef I have over 25 years experience farming to produce good food for people. Now I fatten 100% natural be That was in the late 1970's.

This page is for recruiting the 10 to 20 families who want the best meat the land can offer. I started farming with raising "freezer beef", that is, beef to sell retail in bulk for people's freezers. We gradually shifted to milking cows and making that milk into cheese. The story of "Caleb's Farm Cheese" can be found here:

After the fire destroyed all that, we went to grazing dairy cattle and milking only when the grass was green. I was responsible for Allan Savory coming to the Tioga County Fair Grounds to give a talk that 130 farmers attended. Here is a link to a 15 minute TED talk he gave in 2013:
