Homegrown pork chops and green beans from the garden last year and Jude made cheeeezzzy mataters from leftover salt mataters.
Gert and I went and dug leeks for pickling so I fried some of them up too.

You ain't gonna find pork chops like these in the grocery store.

We milled our first 6 cups of organic flour tonight.
Jude and I are gonna make a couple loaves of bread tomorrow.
We used 50/50 hard red and hard white wheat berries.
