We’ll be tasting a wide range of w**es throughout the month centered around this theme and we are kicking it all off today with a knockout lineup! We’ll see you at 3 o’clock!

Join us Saturday, August 15th from 7-9pm for an a la carte menu of burgers, fries, tuna crudo, wedge salad, and ice cream alongside a selection of our favorite summer w**es! In June, we had a chance to visit Neal’s Yard Dairy and Stichelton to see some behind the scenes of some of our favorite British Territorial cheeses. While there, we ordered some cheese and it landed on the cheese counter this week! One of those arrivals is a beautiful wheel of Stichelton, if you haven’t tried it yet, Stichelton is raw milk version of the classic Stilton made on a much smaller scale, entirely by hand. A true labor of love and time, Stichelton is a cheese worth putting your support behind, come in and have a taste and learn more about the process behind one of our favorites!
