This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

We catered a grad party this weekend where we were introduced to the Krackin Grape… and these were a hit! 🍇✨

They make different flavored tanghulu grapes that are frozen and dipped in candies and toppings. Such a fun and unique treat that had everyone talking (and going back for seconds 😅).

We’ve always encouraged people to book early… but this year, we really mean it. 💚

Our weekend schedule is fuller than we’ve ever seen, and we’re already booking weddings further out into 2027. We truly love that so many people trust us to be part of their big moments. At the same time, it’s hard when local customers reach out for reunions, anniversaries, graduations, or special celebrations, and we have to say we’re already booked to capacity.

If you’re planning a Saturday event between May and September of 2027 and know you’d like Kampen’s Catering to cater, it is not too soon to reach out.

The same goes for corporate Christmas parties and holiday events. We’ve booked more weddings into November and December than ever before, which means our winter weekends are already filling faster than usual, too.

If you have a date set, we’d recommend getting on our schedule ASAP. 💚

Congrats to two of our team members graduating this week! 🎓
Hailey and Krayton, we’ve loved having you on our team. Both of you have amazing things ahead with your positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and the way you connect with people.
Graduation season is always a little bittersweet for us. We’re proud to see our team members move on to bigger and better things, but we definitely hate seeing them go. 💚
We’re excited to see what’s ahead for both of you and thankful you’ve been part of the Kampen’s Catering team!

It was so lovely seeing so many of you at the tasting, and finally meeting those we hadn’t met yet!

Our inboxes have been busy this week as you’re finalizing menus. If you haven’t heard back from us yet, we’re working through each message and will be in touch soon.

We’re also taking a little downtime where we can this week to recharge after a full one—but we’re excited to keep the planning going with you all! 💚
