Our friends over at Migliorelli Farms are picking broccoli rabe and so we brought back our roast pork sandwich! We cover whole pork butts in a fennel spice rub and roast until tender. The thinly sliced pork is layered onto our sesame semolina bread with garlicky broccoli rabe and provolone for a delicious warm sandwich. And we'll be making chicken caesar sandwiches this week - Friday only!

We make hot sandwiches Tuesday through Saturday until 3pm. You can order online (go to our website viaravioli.com) or call the shop: 518-414-9530. We're always happy to set an order on top of the oven to keep it warm if you can't pick up until after 3pm. And you can get our lunch items delivered through DoorDash.

Once a month we devote our kitchen to making chicken cutlet. Each piece of chicken is dipped in flour, then egg and finally into Steve's perfectly seasoned panko breadcrumbs and pan-fried, just a few pieces at a time, until perfectly golden brown. We use the cutlets to make chicken caesar sandwiches and also for our famous chicken parm.

This Friday - and the 3rd Friday - of every month is chicken parm day at Via Ravioli. Order online to snag a tray of chicken parm or a few sanwiches. Or give us a call and we'll set one aside for you - we love doing that! No one should miss out on great chicken parm. 518-414-9530.

We'll also have chicken parm available at our weekend farmers markets. Troy & Saratoga Springs on Saturday and Rhinebeck on Sunday.

All of our outdoor farmers markets happen rain or shine. This Saturday is shaping up to be a bit of a soggy mess, but we will be there with bells ons. Lobster manicotti at every market, plus our seasonal ramp ravioli and lots of other goodies. It’s our first weekend at the Saratoga market. Stop by and say hi! We’re SO grateful to all the devoted market regulars that come out even when it rains - y’all are the best!

What a spectacular day to be at the farmers market! This weekend kicks off the outdoor season (Saturday 9am to 2pm) and (Sunday 10am to 2pm). And starting next week we’ll be (Saturday 9am to 1pm). And we’ll continue with our every other week schedule (9am to 1pm) - we’re off this week, back May 9th.

We bring a selection of frozen ravioli to market including seasonal specials (ramp and pea & mint this week) plus sauces, meatballs, lasagna and tiramisu. On the third Saturday of the month we bring chicken parm!

You asked for it! And bread without seeds is finally here! A classic Italian bastone loaf from Melone Brothers. A little shorter and fatter than the sesame semolina bread. For now these will be available in our freezer. You can bake a loaf straight from frozen, directly on your oven rack in about 7-8 minutes. As always, bread is $5.

Chicago Beef is back! One of our favorite hot sandwiches made with our own roast beef, dipped in jus and layered on sesame semolina bread with provolone and mild Chicago giardiniera. We've also got a delicious olive oil cake made with vanilla bean & lemon zest.

We serve hot lunch items at Via Ravioli from 11am to 3pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Our cold sandwiches are available grab and go in our fridge every day. We make all of the cold sandwiches in the morning to last for the day. If you want one without cheese or giardiniera (or whatever else), just give us a call the day before. We're happy to make it for you!

Fresh Fish Friday is back this week at Via Ravioli! On the first Friday of every month we bring in fresh fish from Pierless in Brooklyn. All the fish is cut specifically for our order. It's exceptionally fresh, sushi-grade fish. Customer favorites are the salmon, wild shrimp and black sea bass. We recommend ordering ahead as we only bring in a few extras for the case.
