Good Monday afternoon! Just want to let everyone know that we will be CLOSED this weekend for my oldestā€™s birthday celebration! I will be dropping off lots of goodies to Brim this week to hold you over, and special orders are open if you would like anything specific made for you.
Also, we are soooooo close to 1k followers, and once we hit that goal, I will be doing another big giveaway to thank everyone for their support and to give back to you all. I couldnā€™t be here without you!

Just restocked Brim Cafe in Pinehurst with cinnamon rolls and starting tomorrow they will be carrying gluten free versions of your favorite cookie flavors! Weā€™re starting off with classic chocolate chip and will also have coffee cake and cookies and cream. As always, I take every precaution when making gluten free items, but they are made in a shared kitchen where cross contamination is a possibility. All of my labeling reflects this, as well, so that you can stay informed and donā€™t have to take unnecessary risks with your health and wellbeing. I would love for everyone to be able to enjoy my bakes, but I would love everyone to stay safe even more!šŸ«¶šŸ¼ See you all soon!

I totally forgot to make the post, but we are definitely open today! We still have lots of our OG sourdough, as well as some cheddar jalapeno loaves! Swing by 101 Carousel St to get a loaf. Itā€™s only 3 ingredients, no preservatives, and is soft on the inside with a chewy crust. It makes a FANTASTIC sandwich!
