Today we acknowledge a unique merging of significant dates; the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with the eve of Rosh Hashanah. To quote the powerful words of Rabbi Steven Burg:

"Choose love over hatred, unity over division, and hope over despair.

Twenty-five years later, that may be the most important way we can remember.

May the memories of those murdered on September 11, 2001, forever be a blessing.

Monday, September 7th - Closed at 6pm
Friday, September 11th - Closed at 4pm
Sunday, September 13th - Closed for Rosh Hashanah
Sunday, September 20th - Closed at 4pm
Monday, September 21st - Closed for Yom Kippur

Our Break the Fast Menu is now live online and ready to order! We have everything you need to curb your appetite after a long fast and day of atonement. From bagels to kugels, cream cheese and lox, we've made ordering simple and easy on our website.

The online store is open now until Thursday, September 10th, at 4pm, and pickup for orders is on Sunday, September 20th from 9am to 2pm.

Taiglach is small, round balls of dough boiled in honey, making them the perfect treat for Rosh Hashanah. This dish actually dates back to Roman times, and then adopted by Italian Jews as well as 12th century Franco-German rabbis. Steeped in history, this dessert is a perfect addition to your meal this holiday.
