Technically "Spiedie" from up the Binghamton area and North of us....just grill this up, put it on a bun or roll with lettuce and tomato....I promise you won't give two hoots how it's spelled it tastes that good....give it a shot, you've got nothing to lose 😉

You really can’t go wrong with smoked kielbasa “burnt ends.” They’re budget-friendly, easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect with Ritz crackers and smoked cream cheese 🔥🌭🙌

1lb Smoked sausage
1 tbsp your favorite BBQ rub
1 cup BBQ sauce
6 oz Butter, 1oz pieces
1 tbsp Hot sauce
1 cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp Honey

Cut and mix all but butter. Place pats evenly around.
Throw on your smoker for about 1.5-2hrs at 250-275°
This is just a basic recipe. Vary to your desired result. Mine is never the same twice.

Hello beautiful people! Whole Boneless Pork Loins are only 2.39 lb this week! They average roughly 6-8 lbs. I grabbed one for mother's day and for under 20 bucks I turned 1/2 the loin into this beautiful stuffed and rolled roast with Prosciutto, Provolone, mushroom, spinach, sun dried tomato, and cut onion and cherry tomatoes in the roaster....it was absolutely delicious...and the rest I cut into one inch chops (about 8 ) that I seasoned and froze for grilling later in the season....as your uncle in the meat business I highly recommend you stop in a snag a couple at this great price. For 2.89 lb we'll custom cut it for you to your specifications! Stay well my friends!
