This last week was for wholesale. The true OG’s that supported us from day one. .boone We love you all so so much and you scooped us up with support before we even knew what we were really doing. It all came full circle this weekend, It was just us and the kids in a semi empty building again, except we are all just 5 years older. John piped his last sausage and I poked my last wiener. The flavor was Antelope Chorizo and it went to the gamekeeper. We closed it all out by celebrating with our friends at the Beacon. Shout out to this awesome community. Support your local restaurants and always tip your servers. We love you all!

It’s with heavy hearts that are announcing the closing of the Ramblin Poppy butcher shop. The last year since the hurricane has been difficult on us and the business and with future uncertainties concerning the meat industry, supply chains and everything else going on in the world we have decided that it is a good time for us not to own a small business. Jaime and I are truly thankful for every single one of you that has ever walked through our red door over the last 5 years. You all have made such a huge impact on our lives and we will always love and care for all of you. Your friendship and support has been unbelievable. We would also like to thank my left hand man Josh who is an amazing worker and human being and has been with us since day one. It’s been a pleasure working with him the last decade.
We are planning to be open Tuesday through Saturday from noon until 4 through the week of November 10th. If you need anything in the next 4 weeks please call in a special order and we will do our best to fill it.
Again, thank you so very much for the last few years of smiles, laughter, love, and miles and miles of sausage. Bless

is having their annual antiquefest this weekend in beautiful downtown West Jefferson! We will be open tomorrow at noon and closing when we run out. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up what was going on just so you wouldn’t be surprised when you got into town! Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

We are heading out of town so we will be here 12-2 today and re-open at noon on Wednesday 8/6. Our updated sausage list is also attached with artwork by Penelope. We made a batch of Cranberry Honey, and Pineapple Teryaki and we also came up with a Tomato, Basil and Parmesan sausage! If you’re feeling froggy try the Camel Curry.

A favorite from last year, strawberry,lemon and lavender is back. Adobo, Honey, BBQ and Texas, BBQ brisket are some new ones to try. Here until 4. Come see us today, we are taking the kids out of town for our weekend and will be out Tuesday.
