There’s something special about what’s coming out of the ground in our early season here in Ashe County. 🌱

In our mountain region, the tables are starting to fill up with some real early-season favorites:

🥬 Crisp lettuces & mixed greens
🥗 Fresh spinach and tender kale
🌿 Herbs like cilantro, parsley, basil, rosemary & chives
🌱 Green onions & spring onions
🥔 New potatoes
🌼 Radishes with a little peppery bite

And just getting started…

Everything you see here is grown close to home, picked fresh, and brought straight to market by the folks who grew it.
