Please help us welcome Margie to the farm, she is a Registered A2/A2 Jersey. She came from a dairy farm in Lebanon, Tim Mattingly. Super nice guy!!! We also got Dee-Dee (2 weeks old) from him too, our future milking cow. Then meet Marsha (8 days old), she came to us late last night, at midnight.

Today we got to Milk Margie, it was really cool!!! Baby drank out of a bowl of her milk. Still a learning curve with the machine as it was the first time using that kind. But holy cow it was super fast and we got about 3 gals tonight. It fed both babies, and gave us an additional 1.5 gals.

Hopefully the milk we get tomorrow I can save. We will be giving out free samples and introducing you all about our Herd Share. Which will consist of Fresh milk and fresh eggs on a weekly basis.

We defiantly learned a lot today!!! But when I tell you it was sooooo cool, I mean it!!!!
