The New York Office of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) promotes the Made in Italy Food, Wine & Spirits industries throughout the US market.
The ITA continues the success of its ITA Talks educational events with a new series dedicated to regional cuisine in celebration of the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage recognition.
Thursday, June 18th, at the Italian Trade Agency, located at 33 E 67th Street, in New York, for an educational discussion about the culinary traditions of Sardegna and Sicilia.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Erica Di Giovancarlo, Director of the Italian Trade Agency of New York. Featured speakers will include Giovanni Caveggia of Empson USA, Antonino Ciolino of 5 Sensi, Emanuel Concas of Ulivo, Anthony LaFranca of Sapori di Sicilia, Filippo Pistone of Bacchanal Wine Imports, and Raffaele Solinas of Osteria Brooklyn. The discussion will be moderated by Donatella Mulvoni of L'Espresso Magazine.
