Well, its October AGAIN! Here at Meadowbrook Natural Foods in West Plains MO, that means its Bulk Food Month.
So, Let's see if I can remember how it works.
1. Make me a list of what you would like to stock up. Maybe it's for when things go bad, or maybe just for the winter. (Full bag, box, case of anything I can order.)
2. I look up prices and let you know,
3. You decide what you really want and put down 20%.
4. I order your items and let you know when they arrive.
5. You save 15%

I SOLD HER NOTHING!
I had a customer come in this morning, complaining of swollen ankles by evening, and asked if I have water pills. (I do. I own a health food store.) She was blaming it on the weather change. But when I queried her, she realized that she had been extra busy and not drinking as much water. I explained that when the body does not get in as much water as it needs, it tends to hang on to what it has. I mentioned that laying on her back and bicycling her legs in the air may help. I also told her she could drink dandelion leaf tea. When she asked do I have some I said yes, but did she not have dandelions in her yard. I then explained how she could make a tea for free. I am not a doctor, nor am I dispensing medical advice.
