Here is Rachel's story:
My family and I appreciate how much Big Y gives back to its loyal customers. I always get excited to find special rewards pop up in my account. The balance between affordability and quality on everyday items, especially with my membership, makes me feel great as I meal plan and shop.

Big Y reminds me of my grandfather. He was a lifelong shopper at his local Big Y. I remember piles of Big Y coins on the kitchen table and playing the coin game at checkout for him. When I moved in with him for college, the first thing he did was take me to the customer service booth to get my Silver Saver card. We shopped together every week and he taught me lots of tricks to save money which I still use today. Whenever I tell my family about a particularly good sale I've gotten, we all talk about how proud he would be of me.
