BIG NEWS! Cantaloupes are starting to come in in bulk. These are the ones that everybody looks forward to because that means they are becoming more local. We will have them in stock late Wednesday afternoon and will keep them in stock until they are finished for the season!

For 13 years now, Mrs. Jean Carter has been making our fresh fried apple pies every week. She is a local to Long Creek and the kindest soul we have been fortunate enough to work with over the years. Guests have enjoyed buying them in our farm store, at festivals, at the General Store, and even our Produce Stand.

We are sad, yet grateful, to announce that this week will officially be the last week we will be selling her fried apple pies. We are beyond thankful for her friendship and hard work over the past years. Mrs Jean is the definition of a hard worker and deserves some time off for a while. Make sure to stop by this weekend and grab yours before they sell out!

P.S. Mrs. Jean will be teaching our staff her secrets to making her famous fried pies so stay tuned for next spring. They will not be as good as hers, but we will try our best to carry on her legacy. 😊
