Good day Everyone. Just a friendly reminder. All cut sheets need to be turned in within 3 days of beef delivery and same day of delivery for hogs, lamb and goats.

Beef cut orders will be cut by whole or half cut order. We do not do custom cut by quarters but will box a half in quarters.

Pork cut orders will be cut as whole hog. We will box in halves but the whole hog will go off one cut order.

LAMB /GOATS. are cut and boxed as a whole only.

The FFA and 4H youth have definitely been putting out some quality hogs this year. Good job to our youth and agricultural future generations

Meet our second student intern we had last year Elizabeth Ergo. She came in on second semester and did a great job learning office data entry. She has some fun lamb stories along the way to Grand Championship.. Elizabeth will be off to Montana on her next great adventure in life. We wish her the best. We will miss her happy personality and loving smile . CONGRATULATIONS
