Happy Thursday and welcome to Summer! With Memorial Day as the unofficial beginning of Summer, kids are finishing the school year, the pools are open, and most importantly peak grilling season has arrived! With the finalization of our burger challenge this week, we would like to crown The Ole Smokey the winner and will remain in our burger lineup throughout the Summer while the Tex Mex Pub Burger will enter hibernation for now. With enough interest, we may bring this back for the future! Thank you to everyone who voted in our contest, voiced their opinion, and purchased these burgers. Without our customers, none of this would be possible!

In the meat department this week, we have Bone-In Pork Butt on sale for $2.06 a pound. This affordable cut of meat is perfect to smoke or slow cook for some delicious pulled pork, carnitas, or many other recipes! Grab some this week to make a delicious weekend meal for a get together, or as meal prep for weekday dinners. In addition, our Chicken Kabobs are on sale for $10.38 a pound. Skewered and marinated with our light and peppery Italian marinade, these are ready to throw on the grill with your favorite vegetables and serve with ease!

From the Boar’s Head team, we have Ovengold Turkey on sale for $12.16 a pound, Honey Maple Ham on sale for $10.98 a pound, and American Cheese for $7.69 a pound. Additionally, in our deli we have our homemade American Potato Salad on sale this week for $4.14 a pound. This classic potato salad is packed with tender potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and the crunch of fresh celery for a classic and delicious taste that pairs well with a sandwich (may we suggest grabbing some of our lunch meat and cheeses that are on sale?) or paired with some delicious barbecue on the grill as a side for dinner.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! First of all, we would like to show our gratitude and thanks to all of the brave service members in the US Armed Forces who have given their lives in defense of our country and the freedoms we all cherish. That would not be possible without those who have given the ultimate sacrifice, and we wish to honor them this weekend. We hope that you and your family and friends are able to take advantage of this long weekend and beautiful weather to get together, relax, and do some grilling, of course! This week in the meat department we have a couple of sales for you. First, both our Tex Mex Pub Burger and Ole Smokey Burger will be on sale for $12.46 a pound. If you have been keeping tabs on our burger challenge, you know that this is the last week where both will be available! After this week, only the most-voted-for and best-selling burger of the two will remain available this Summer! Both burgers continue to remain nearly neck and neck—if you have a favorite, be sure to stop in and grab some as well as letting us know on our Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/p/DXcTt5ajscY/?igsh=Z254aXdudnpjbXQ1) ) and Facebook before one of these patties goes into hibernation! In addition, our Baby Back Ribs are on sale this week for $7.26 a pound. Happy Thursday! Memorial Day is quickly approaching, and it is time to start planning your get togethers. Nathen would like to invite you to stop by the Deli for our vast selection of house-made items to go along with your grilling items. In the meat department this week, we have Marinated Butterfly Pork Chops on sale for $8.30 a pound. We offer 2 different marinades--A honey dijon that is sweet and savory and garnished with some parsley flakes and a Hawaiian with apricot and pineapple that is sweet with a hint of tart. In addition, our Chipotle Taco Meat, created by one of the expert butchers at Mike’s, Jorge, is also on sale for $16.62 a pound. Let us make taco night at your house easy! We take diced top round and marinade it with our fajita marinade, mix it with some adobo and mango, diced onions and cilantro. This deliciously marinated mixture is easy to prepare as we have done the work for you—just pan fry and plate ready for tacos! Steve at Mike’s Suggest pairing this on a taco with some rice and topped with a bit of our deli’s homemade street corn. Yum!

From the Boar’s Head team, we have Sweet Slice Ham on sale for $9.97 a pound, Golden Classic Chicken for $11.74 a pound, and Picante Provolone for $8.52 a pound. In addition, from the Deli, our homemade Summer Salad is back and on sale for $4.67 a pound. This is a perfect healthy and savory salad that goes well for lunch or dinner! Including tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and a balsamic dressing—give this a shot this weekend!

At Casey’s we offer two different marinated boneless skinless chicken breasts—an Italian marinated one that pairs excellent with some lemon and pepper, as well as a garlic teriyaki marinade that is sure to satiate those looking for a savory taste that pairs well with rice, noodles, or veggies! In addition, our crab and spinach stuffed mushrooms are on sale for $7.26 a pound. Our spinach and feta mushrooms are a delicious mix of salty, tangy, and earthy in a creamy texture, while our crab stuffed mushrooms provide a rich, seafood blended flavor.
