We’re proud to celebrate the people and passion behind beef production. Thank you to the dedicated producers who work year-round to raise high-quality, nutritious beef enjoyed by families far and wide.

All month long, we’ll be recognizing the impact, tradition, and care that go into every plate. Join us in celebrating Beef Month!

Thank you to all of these wonderful people for showing up to the first ever NDAMP Pre-convention Workshop! Also, a big shoutout to the NDSU Meat lab for letting us host in their space and use their equipment. Processor members who are coming to convention tomorrow, make sure to ask these people about their experience!!

The brat freezer is full! Current flavors include:

-Bavarian Oktoberfest (if you want great flavor but no heat, this one’s for you!)
-Beer
-Cheddar
-Hatch Green Chili
-Philly Cheese (hints of peppers and onions and stuffed with Swiss cheese)
-Whiskey Peppercorn (a darn good brat with pops of whole peppercorns mixed in.)
-Jalapeño Popper (a jalapeño brat with Swiss cheese and a hint of bacon.)
-Sheboygan (basic, plain brat)
-Blue Cheese
-Pepperjack
-Loaded Liberty (literally tastes like sour cream and onion chips. The 4th of July in a brat.)
