Introducing another very aromatic sambal chilli paste. This chilli paste has a couple more ingredients such as lemongrass, thus making it more aromatic. I would recommend using this for fish dishes, spread and cook it on any kind of fish - salmon, Pacific cod, halibut, tilapia etc... 😋

Are you a big fan of spicy food? Try our shrimp sambal chilli paste. This shrimp sambal paste goes very well with vegetables stir fry.

Perfect for cooking it with: asparagus, Kang Kong (some call it morning glory or water spinach), yam leaves etc...

But hey, it's a chilli paste, you can use it with anything you like, or you could even eat it the way it is! Just a gauge on the spiciness level, if you like Sriracha and think it's spicy, this is going to be a lot more spicy than that ☺️

We are a local small business based in Westlake Village, CA. Our objective is to introduce to you flavors from South East Asia particularly Singapore. We will also be sharing ideas of how to use the flavors in your daily cooking, in the hope to spice up your meals 😀
