EXCITING NEWS!!! We have a farm stand! It might be the end of the season, but you can collect your last tastes of summer here with tomatoes and jalapenos ($4/container) or grab some cute little gourds ($1 each). I still take Venmo but we also have a very cute little cash box to the left when you walk in. It’s going to be lovely next summer! 🥰 🌱 🍅 🌶️ 🥬 🫘

Shelby is helping with the basil! Still have basil and tomatoes…did I mention the big tomatoes are as big as my hand?! All plants are heirloom and organic from Seed Savers Exchange. Buy some tomatoes, save some seeds and grow your own next year. 😉
I also have more pesto - made fresh with basil, walnuts, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan.

Orégano, basil, and hot peppers! Oregano 🌿 sprigs $2, basil 🌿 big gallon bag $10 (message me if you want smaller amounts), and 🌶️ $4 for a pint. And while most of my 🍅 are still green, I found 4 this weekend that are red (& promptly ate them!), so those will be soon! Yay summer!

I don’t post much of the hard stuff, but this is the first year I’ve been working (away from the house) since we moved here and while it’s awesome, it’s been a transition for the garden. A chipmunk moved in to the greenhouse and ate all my seedlings. Then I reseeded and ended up with 70 tomato plants and 70 pepper plants. Eek. I think some of my other seeds are too old or got cooked - very little kale or peas or squash came up, and only one green bean plant. I finally have everything in the ground and just spent the 4th of July weekend weeding and trimming and re-tying the tomato plants (see my before and after pics!). However, if you’d made it this far - I HAVE BASIL!! Let me know if you want any!
