Finally, a little rain today. We need it.
All of the cattle have been moved to their winter fields and all of them look very good. Rotational grazing is the only reason they look this good. This is just one thing we do that is a little different than the way most ranchers work , but it works. You can follow what we do on the website. Just google Quarter Ridge Cattle Company.

I have premium ground beef. It is all of the meat except the best steaks and roasts that is ground into burger. It has been aged 14 days and is very good. The ground will sell for $3.50 per pound. If you buy 10 lbs or more, it is $3.00 per pound. Let me know if you want some. I will have 2 more ready by Dec.. Please let me know if you are interested in steaks or roasts from these. Gary
