Country Fresh Meats Country Fresh Meats has been a family owned business since 1980. We are a level 3 SQF certified production facility with a retail butcher shop and lunch grill.

Our mission is to bring the old-world artisan taste and quality of Wisconsin meats and cheeses to the USA. Our meat snack sticks are hand-crafted for quality artisanal taste:

* Made with 100% whole muscle beef
* Smoked and fermented for 16 hours
* Some of our snacks include natural cheese from Wisconsin dairies including Ellsworth, Schullsburg, and Baker
* Natural casing beef with a classic "snap

* Excellent source of protein: 10g+
* Low in sugar: 1g or less
* Low car: 1-3g
* Naturally hardwood smoked
* No added MSG

Offering the best of Wisconsin in our retail location with sausages and other products from local Wisconsin meat facilities. Meat case stocked with Beef, Pork and Chicken from midwest farms. Handcrafted bratwurst and sausage sticks. Along with charcuterie items and cheese and sausage trays.

🛑 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 🛑

As of 5:00 PM today (12/18), the Country Fresh Meats retail store is officially permanently closed.

This isn’t an easy post to write, but we are incredibly grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, supported our small business, shared a smile, a story, or a favorite cut of meat. You turned a store into a community, and that will never be forgotten.

Thank you for choosing local, for trusting us with your family meals, holidays, and special occasions, and for supporting our team through the years. We truly could not have done this without you.
