🍄🚨 HOLY SHIITAKE, WE GOT CHIPS! 🚨🍄

Move over, boring potato chips. There’s a new FUNGI in town, and he’s CRUNCHY! 🤪🍄

Introducing Pappadelics Crunchy Mushroom Chips — our newest snack obsession at Vitality Wellness Apothecary! 😍

We’ve got THREE flavors ready to make your taste buds question every snack decision they’ve ever made! 😂👇

🍄🧀 Trippin’ Truffle Parm – Fancy mushroom energy with a cheesy attitude!

🌿😎 Rad Rosemary Salt – Herby, salty, crunchy perfection!

🌶️🔥 Twisted Thai Chili – A little sweet, a little spicy, and a whole lotta attitude!

Because apparently mushrooms weren’t already doing enough. Now they’re out here stealing the snack aisle. 💅🍄

Come grab a bag (or three, we’re not judging 👀) at Vitality Wellness Apothecary & Market!

🌙✨ **A little magic happens when good people come together…** ✨🌿

And tonight was just the beginning. 🧡

To everyone who came along to our little gathering at Vitality Wellness Apothecary this evening - thank you. For your curiosity, your smiles, your lovely energy, and for helping us turn an idea into the beginnings of something rather special.

We hope you felt as welcome as we hoped you would. 🕯️

Now that we've had a chance to meet some of you, we thought it was time to properly introduce the wonderful souls who'll be sharing their love of yoga with you.

🌿 Meet Erin, Jiamond & Lauren.🌿

Three women, three different journeys, three beautifully individual approaches to yoga, brought together by a shared belief that this practice is about so much more than touching your toes.

It's about connection. To ourselves, to each other, to the changing seasons, and to the wonderful bodies that carry us through this life.

Expect a little movement, a little stillness, plenty of encouragement, perhaps some laughter, and just a sprinkling of magic. ✨

We're not here to tell you how your yoga should look or feel. We're here to help you discover that for yourself.

No experience needed. No expectations to meet. No perfect poses required.

Just come as you are. There's a place for you here. 🧡

Our regular classes begin Monday, October 12th, and we can't wait to see where this little adventure takes us.

Bookings are available through our website or the link in our bio. 🌙

Here's to new beginnings, new friendships, and a little community magic.

With gratitude,
Your Vitality Yoga Team 🌿🌕✨
