It is with a heavy heart that I make this post. My loss could be your gain. Long story made short I have a 3 year old Pure Mangalitsa Sow that is about 250 to 300 lbs. She is one of my favorite breeders and we have built a unique relationship. Unfortunately she stepped on something and injured her front foot. I have spent 3 weeks calling and trying to get a vet out to help. Unfortunately I am unable to do so. They are not taking new clients , they don’t service our area or simply do not return calls because they are too busy. At this point I have to make the hard choice and send her to freezer camp and end this cycle. I just don’t feel right about putting her in our camp.
