🔥PRO-TIP : How to C**k It Perfectly (Reverse Sear):
1️⃣Roast at a low temp (250°F/ 120°C) until an internal thermometer reads 115°F.
2️⃣Rest for 10 mins.
3️⃣Get a screaming hot cast iron (or grill) and sear all sides for 60-90 seconds. Perfection.
