So I’m aware a lot of folks have been asking about our presence at the market or any updates. Truth is since mid November when we relocated the grow tents, we have been fighting contamination left and right. And while it has been extremely discouraging, we haven’t stopped trying to recover. We have a good master grain for our lions mane and Snow White oysters still. It’ll just be a tad longer before we are ready for harvest. In the mean time, Thank you for all your support.

Just when I think they’re done. They’re not. Left this lions mane block unattended “I’ll throw it out later” I said. Well I completely forgot it. And even though it was folded over. It still gave us a little extra at the end here. Dehydrated lions mane here we come

Friday morning update on some growth
Tuesday - Friday
Lions mane on top (we want to wait until the “teeth” start hanging to harvest)
And some BEAUTIFUL white oyster mushrooms (we can harvest these right before the lip of the head flattens out. Currently still has a good bit of curl)
