For this Sausage we take all the goodness of an Old Fashioned and mix it right into our pork. Bourbon, Dried Cherries, and a touch of sweetness!

We love creating fun and unique flavors, and this brat is one of our more adventurous ones! Filled with Mild green chilies, apples, caramelized onions, and activated charcoal, these uniquely weird looking brats, really are delicious! So delicious that while initially introduced as a Seasonal Brat, by popular demand, has more of a "regular" spot now.
