**Easy One-Pan Cheesy Beef & Veggie Pasta**
Ingredients from the ad:
1 lb 80% Lean Ground Beef ($4.99/lb)
2 boxes Hamburger Helper (Cheesy varieties work best - 2 for $3)
1 can Campbell’s Tomato Soup (or the 15oz Tomato Sauce at 4 for $5)
1 lb Slicing Mushrooms ($1.99 - to mix into the beef. If you chop really small your kids won't even notice😜)
1 bag Shredded Cheese** (from the Dairy section)
1 bag Dole Salad Blends** ($2.49 - for a side)
Other ingredients:
Milk or water (depending on how you like your Hamburger Helper)
Salad Dressing (for the side)
**Instructions:**
1. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef.
2. Add Veggies: While the beef is browning, slice/chop the mushrooms and toss them in. Sauté until the mushrooms are soft and the beef is fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
3. Mix in Helper: Follow the package instructions on the Hamburger Helper (adding water or milk as directed).
4. The "Secret" Sauce: Stir in half a can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup or a splash of the Tomato Sauce. This makes the sauce extra rich and creamy.
5. Simmer: Cover and simmer for about 10–12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
6. The Finisher: Turn off the heat and sprinkle a generous handful of shredded cheese over the top. Let it sit for a minute to melt.
**Serving Suggestion:**
Serve a hot portion of the pasta alongside a fresh bowl of the Dole Salad Blend with your choice of dressing. For dessert, you can grab that Blue Bell Ice Cream ($6.99) or some fresh Strawberries ($1.99)!
